Job Description
- Provide general office admin support
- Sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials.
- In charge of purchase requisitions and processing orders.
- Request and review quotations with suppliers, and process orders.
- Provide admin support on daily sales operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders.
- Perform any other assigned projects and duties.
- Able to work in a face paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
