Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative duties
  • Provide receptionist duties including handling of walk-in customers, inbound phone calls
  • Processing claims, payments, cheques, invoices and etc
  • Data entry into Accounting System
  • Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting or related courses
  • Willing to learn
  • Responsible, organized and possess good interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
