**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of accounts, including monthly GST submissions
- Issue invoices, track payments, and manage daily accounting entries
- Prepare reports and assist with annual filings
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and customers
- Assist in purchasing or inventory tasks when needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in accounting and GST reporting
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (AutoCount Accounting)
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Prior experience in admin duties is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $1,900.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
