Job Description

The role of Community Partnerships plays a pivotal role in fostering strong collaborations between AIC and strategic partners such as the Health Promotion Board (HPB), People's Association (PA), SportSG, and other government agencies, statutory boards, and community organisations. The role also involves engaging and onboarding new agencies to refine Active Ageing Programmes (AAPs) that are tailored to the profiles and needs of seniors at Active Ageing Centres (AACs) across Singapore.

  1. Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement

  2. Establish, strengthen, and sustain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders including HPB, PA, SportSG, government agencies, statutory boards, and community partners.

  3. Facilitate engagement sessions to align on shared objectives, identify synergies, and explore opportunities for joint initiatives and resource sharing.

  4. Represent AIC professionally in cross-agency meetings, ensuring clear communication and constructive collaboration.

  5. Onboarding & Collaboration with New Agencies

  6. Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the reach and diversity of AAP offerings.

  7. Work closely with new partners to refine and adapt programme proposals so they are senior-centric, culturally appropriate, and aligned with AAC requirements and national active ageing strategies.

  8. Provide guidance to agencies to ensure smooth integration into AIC's partnership ecosystem.

  9. Programme Development & Quality Assurance

  10. Review, recommend, and implement AAPs that address community needs while promoting healthy, active ageing.

  11. Partner with internal divisions to ensure programmes meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and desired outcomes.

  12. Monitor programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.

  13. Reporting, Administration & Additional Duties

  14. Prepare comprehensive reports on programme outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and partnership performance.

  15. Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and resource allocation for partnership initiatives.
  16. Provide secretariat support for key meetings with partners and new agencies.
  17. Take on additional responsibilities and cross-functional tasks as required to meet organisational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 4 years of related working experiences, entry candidates may be considered

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
