Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the designer by reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Analyze maintenance costs and additional building needs, then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all tenders is maintained.
  • Source quotations and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Requirement:

  • Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Candidate with relevant work experience dealing with M&E/Fire Protection/ACMV are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
