Job Scope:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to delivery
- Verify order details, product availability, and pricing
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Update order records and maintain proper documentation
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery, or discrepancies
- Assist in resolving order-related issues promptly
- Generate reports on order status, delays, and inventory trends
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks related to orders as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of admin or customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, reliable, and enjoys helping others
