Job Scope / Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management and operations team. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other company documents. Update and maintain databases, attendance records, and filing systems. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site arrangements. Support HR tasks such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll documentation. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors on administrative matters. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including stationery and inventory management. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently and in a team. Prior experience in admin or construction industry is an advantage. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
