Responsibilities

1. Communication & Coordination

* Serve as a liaison with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations.

* Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone or email.

2. Shipment Management

* Oversee end-to-end shipment coordination, proactively addressing any delays or issues.

* Manage and follow up on customer disputes to ensure timely resolution.

3. Documentation & Organization

* Maintain a well-organized filing system for efficient retrieval of shipping and logistics documents.

* Support the team with additional duties as needed to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

* Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.

* Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service.

* Proficient in shipping systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
