Responsibilities

* Handle order processing via the PSA Haulier Community System (HCS).

* Submit permit declarations through the CrimsonLogic system.

* Make payments or arrange courier services on behalf of customers.

* Prepare and manage shipping documentation; liaise with shipping lines and agents for coordination.

* Coordinate transportation activities with the internal haulage operations team.

* Work closely with both internal and external warehouse operations teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.

* Liaise with internal and external depot operations teams for depot-related activities.

* Generate and provide customer-specific reports (daily or monthly).

* Prepare internal company reports as required (daily or monthly).

* Compile monthly TradeNet reports under the Major Exporter Scheme for import/export activities.

* Submit monthly accruals for both internal and external stakeholders.

* Finalize and close all completed HCS orders in the PSA system.

* Verify that all applicable PSA charges are accurately reflected in the HCS system.

* Document additional Ameroid-related charges manually on hard copies of HCS orders for billing.

* Compile and attach all relevant receipts and supporting emails for billing (including payment-on-behalf and miscellaneous charges).

Requirements:

* Minimum GCE 'O' Level or 'A' Level qualification; 1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry preferred.

* Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

* Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

* A team player with a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a high sense of responsibility.

* Able to work independently and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

* Familiarity with PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet is an added advantage.
