Job description

Assistant Manager, Events, Social Media and Content Management

Marketing

  • Support the suite to develop, execute and monitor lead generation campaigns
  • Prepare campaign brief and coordinate with agency on campaign execution
  • Assist with the development of content for social media, EDMs, blogs, etc.
  • Support event marketing and organising of outreach events such as masterclass, info sessions, student sharing

Recruitment

  • Keen follow-up with prospective applicants to nurture them into applicants
  • Timely responses to incoming enquiries related to programme, application and onboarding matters
  • Participate in outreach events such as fairs, coffee chats, info sessions to convert leads into applicants
  • Assist with organising overseas outreach events and scheduling of coffee chats

Admissions

  • Assist in shortlisting of applications and scheduling of admissions interviews
  • Prepare applicants' data and seek required approvals to roll out admissions offers
  • Prepare and send admissions offer via email
  • Efficient and effective management of the admission process
  • Accurate administration and management of application, admissions and scholarship information
  • Organise pre-arrival and on-boarding briefing sessions

Post-Admissions

  • Input student data into Oracle and prepare data for student pass application
  • Following up with students to ensure application are completed within deadline
  • Preparation of incoming students' data to be share with the teams
  • Attend to enquiries on student arrival matters
  • Physical documents coordination & verification

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business / Marketing / Equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience in event execution and management
