We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Communications Assistant who will support the marketing team in the execution of innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will assist in a wide variety of tasks that aim to elevate our brand presence and customer engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate with mall management, stores, and vendors for seamless execution of promotional activities and events.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels and manage platforms.
  • Influencer Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze influencer marketing campaigns, providing detailed performance reports.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer surveys to gather valuable insights and report on findings.
  • Store & Product Launches: Assist in the planning and support of new store openings and product showcases.
  • General Marketing Support: Provide support for any other marketing-related tasks and duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the marketing field
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Business Meta Suite for social media management and analytics
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools like Canva and Capcut
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonalskills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, creativethinker with a passion for marketing and communications
