Salary Range: S$2,600 - S$3,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Pioneer. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse operations, while also acting as the crucial communication bridge between our Singapore facility, clients, and remote management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Operations Management: Lead and oversee all daily activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. Manage the scheduling and safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment, focusing on maximizing operational efficiency and workflow.

  2. Inventory Control & Accuracy: Take full responsibility for inventory accuracy by managing precise record-keeping for all goods. Ensure all stock movements, shipments, and receipts are updated in a timely manner in the company's systems.

  3. Process & Documentation Management: Manage the end-to-end documentation for all shipments and ensure all administrative processes related to warehouse operations are completed accurately.

  4. Logistics & Fleet Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for the warehouse, coordinating with drivers and transport fleets for shipment schedules. Plan and oversee the allocation of loading/unloading bays to ensure smooth vehicle turnaround.

  5. Customer Liaison: Act as the key liaison between the company and our clients, providing timely responses and resolutions to inquiries to ensure a high standard of customer service.

  6. File Management: Effectively organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.

  7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related operations management role.

Core Competency: A strong sense of ownership and initiative with the proven ability to independently identify and solve problems.

Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with local staff, remote management, and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Skills: Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with proficiency in managing administrative and vehicle logistics tasks.

Attitude: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
