Responsibilities:*

  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs and document pain points
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions
  • Develop business cases highlighting benefits, risks, and ROI of cloud/web initiatives
  • Analyse and map business processes to identify automation opportunities
  • Recommend and implement improvements using cloud-native and low-code platforms
  • Create strategic reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Lead solution design and development using Azure, React, , .NET, and OutSystems
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure scalability and technical alignment
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet expectations
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with security and governance standards
  • Develop and execute change management plans for new systems and upgrades
  • Create technical documentation and training materials for end-users
  • Conduct training sessions and support complex user queries
  • Plan and track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to management and resolve issues promptly
  • Champion agile practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in application development, business analysis, or technical leadership
  • Proficiency in full stack web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks, backend APIs)
  • Hands-on experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, and middleware technologies
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
