Job Roles
- Provide Human Resource support to business units, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
- Conduct the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure employee records are up to date and accurately maintained in HR databases.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits processing.
- Oversee foreign employees' accommodation matters, including allocation, lease renewals, and addressing housing-related concerns.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing HR projects, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc HR projects / events when assigned.
- Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least Diploma / GCE 'A' level.
- Willingness and enthusiasm in learning
- Good knowledge of the Employee Act and Singapore labour laws will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Words.
