Job Roles

  • Provide Human Resource support to business units, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
  • Conduct the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure employee records are up to date and accurately maintained in HR databases.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits processing.
  • Oversee foreign employees' accommodation matters, including allocation, lease renewals, and addressing housing-related concerns.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting.
  • Assist in planning and executing HR projects, company events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc HR projects / events when assigned.
  • Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess at least Diploma / GCE 'A' level.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm in learning
  • Good knowledge of the Employee Act and Singapore labour laws will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Words.
