About the Roles

We are looking for a Business Technology Consultant to join our team in Bugis. This permanent position offers a basic salary, AWS, variable bonus, and wellness benefits. The working hours are from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday, providing a balanced work schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deploy and configure Real Estate Property/Asset Management software across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Facilitate user engagement sessions to understand functional needs and define implementation strategies.
  • Design data migration workflows and set up system configurations.
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications and customize solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Provide hands-on training and continuous support to clients following system rollout.

What We're Looking For

  • A Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting and software deployment.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or other Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Experience with report generation tools such as MSSQL Reporting Services and Transact-SQL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and workflows is a plus.
  • Exposure to the real estate or accounting sectors is advantageous—training will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
