Call Centre Team Lead (1-Year Contract)

Location: City Hall

Salary: Up to $4,500/month

Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days/week (up to 44 hours); shifts: 7am–4pm, 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm (rotation). Saturday or Sunday: 4-hour shifts (7am–11am or 12pm–4pm).

Job Summary:

Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Officers in a contact center, ensuring operational efficiency, high service levels, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Operations:

  • Supervise daily operations and monitor team performance to meet KPIs and service standards.
  • Coach and provide feedback to CSOs through regular performance reviews.
  • Manage customer complaints and handle team-level escalations.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and manage reports on team performance.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and internal/external communications.
  • Support audits, compliance, and other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Contact Center Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader in a contact center.
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work weekends or public holidays.
