Logistics Sales Executive

Our client is a leading freight forwarding and logistics provider, delivering integrated sea, air, and land cargo solutions. They are committed to excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and efficient operational support internationally and across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and meet prospective customers to promote the company's sea, air & land freight services
- Create and send customized quotations; negotiate rates & terms with clients
- Maintain, grow and service existing client accounts—build trust & repeat business
- Work from both the office (indoor) and in the field (outdoor) approx. 50/50 split
- Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue) and KPIs
- Collaborate with operations, documentation & customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track, analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records (CRM / internal systems)
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualifications; fresh graduates welcome, but prior experience in freight forwarding / logistics / sales is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience preferred, especially in freight/logistics/transport industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with clients both in person and over calls
- Self-motivated, results-driven, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work outdoors when required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a bonus
- Valid driving license (Class 3 or equivalent) is preferred
