As a Customer Relations Manager & Assistant Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and providing support in the grooming center. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, upselling grooming services and retail products, and providing assistance to the groomers. This position offers a platform for you to develop your customer service, sales, and grooming skills, with a focus on delivering a delightful experience to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relations Management**:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service. Scheduling and rescheduling customer appointments.
Provide a warm welcome to customers, address their inquiries, and offer guidance.
Ask if more grooming services and retail products are required to enhance the customer experience.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
**Assistant Pet Grooming**:Assist the groomers in the grooming process, including bathing, drying, and brushing pets.
Learn grooming techniques and practices to provide support during grooming sessions.
Ensure the safety and well-being of pets throughout the grooming process.
Highlight any abnormalities of pets to the groomers to ensure open communication.
**Business Operations Support**:Assist in managing the day-to-day business operations of the grooming center within the retail store.
Ensure the grooming center is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the availability of grooming supplies and equipment.
**Job Requirements**:
