**Customer Relationship and Sales Manager**

**About Us**:

Our company is growing, and we're looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as interns.

**Learning Opportunities**:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of the pet grooming industry, including insights into animal behaviour and pet care trends.
- Develop foundational skills and knowledge related to customer service and sales in the pet grooming industry.
- Opportunity to work and learn in a growing, dynamic business environment.

**Availability**:
Minimum commitment of 5 days per week for a duration of 6 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Relationship Management Support**:

- Support in building and maintaining relationships with our pet owners.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and gathering feedback.
- Learn to utilise data to improve our services and customer experience.

**2. Sales and Upselling Assistance**:

- Support in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products.
- Learn to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Support in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**3. Front of House Assistance**:

- Assist in ensuring the front of the house is welcoming and reflects our commitment to a stress-free experience for pets and their owners.
- Support in overseeing the scheduling and managing financial responsibilities of the front desk.
- Assist in monitoring staff performance.

**4. Team Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our customers' experience.
- Assist in maintaining clear and regular communication with management regarding operations and customer relations.

**5. Data Management and Reporting**:

- Support in utilising our in-house CRM systems to track customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in generating reports and providing recommendations.

**Key Qualifications**:

- An interest in customer service and sales.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for pets and interest in understanding their needs.
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business, Communications, or related diploma/degree program.
- Diploma/'A' Level Equivalent Certification
