**Responsibilities and Expectations.**
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, de-shedding, and styling according to breed-specific standards and client requests.
- Ensure all pets are handled with kindness and professionalism to create a calm and comfortable grooming experience.
- Communicate clearly with pet owners to discuss grooming needs, expectations, and aftercare recommendations.
- Safely and efficiently use grooming tools and equipment while maintaining proper hygiene practices.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of grooming stations and the overall salon.
- Identify and address any health concerns observed during grooming (e.g., skin conditions, ticks, or injuries) and report them to pet owners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and breed-specific grooming techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth daily operations, including scheduling and customer service when required.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of pets and staff.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a professional dog groomer, with a minimum of 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques and styles.
- Ability to handle pets of all temperaments with patience and care.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle dogs of varying sizes.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
