An EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to the EHS team, including preparing tender queries, reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
- Document control: Manage and maintain EHS documents, such as policies, procedures, and training records.
- Compliance tracking: Track and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal EHS policies.
- Incident reporting: Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
- Training coordination: Coordinate EHS training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
- Communication: Communicate EHS information to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Data analysis: Assist with data analysis and reporting of EHS metrics and performance.
Requirements:
- GCE A-Level or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in EHS administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OSHA).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
