Role Overview
As our
Studio Operations Manager
, you'll take charge of daily operations while playing a key role in scaling our business. From staffing and scheduling to customer experience and business development, this is a
multi-faceted leadership role
for someone who thrives on responsibility and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
daily studio operations
, ensuring events run smoothly and on schedule - Oversee
scheduling, part-timer coordination, and staff performance - Lead
recruitment, onboarding, and training
of new hires and team leads - Communicate proactively with
customers and internal teams - Ensure
studio cleanliness, inventory, and upkeep - Be
on-call during weekends/PHs
for remote support if issues arise - Work closely with founders to
improve systems and scale operations - Drive
business development

and nurture future leaders - Think critically and proactively solve day-to-day and long-term problems
Requirements
- Experience in startups,
operations, retail, events, or centre management - Strong
leadership and organizational
skills - Great with
problem-solving, critical thinking, and team coordination - Self-starter
with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership - Familiar with tools like
Google Workspace, Canva
, and scheduling platforms - Comfortable with flexible hours
and being on-call during weekends - Thrives in
startup environments

Work Hours
- Weekdays:
4 full working days (in-person at studio) - Weekends/PHs:
On-call (remote support only)
