Responsibilities
- Lead creative concept development and storyboarding for engaging video content, including real estate market research, promotional videos, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all branded content aligns with PropNex's voice, values, and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop content promotion strategies that boost visibility and engagement.
- Drive initiatives that amplify PropNex's value proposition with a keen eye for detail.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of filming locations and schedules.
- Write and refine scripts as needed to support video production.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of green screen production, from lighting and shooting to keying and compositing.
- Take part in all stages of production (pre-production, video production, post-production), including the creation of video animations and effects.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and shooting techniques to continuously elevate production quality and brand presence.
Requirements
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Passion for video production and content creation.
- Proficient in operating video equipment (e.g., DSLR, professional video cameras, lighting setups, gimbals).
- Expertise in software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Highly creative with strong aesthetic instincts, attention to detail, and a willingness to push creative boundaries.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Good to have: familiar with studio equipment, including multi-cams, video switchers and teleprompter.

- Working Location: Toa Payoh
- Five (5) day work week, Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm
