We're Hiring: Sales Assistant (Client-Facing | Forecast & Delivery Coordination)

We're on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing and operations, and is perfect for someone who enjoys both structure and people interaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Forecast Planning: Collect, align, and maintain customer forecasts. Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Delivery Coordination: Prepare delivery documentation (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.), manage shipment schedules, and liaise with logistics partners.
  • Sales Support Documentation: Assist the sales team with quotations, order confirmations, client onboarding paperwork, and other documentation tasks.
  • Account Management: Act as the day-to-day contact for clients—addressing queries, managing expectations, and following through on deliverables.
  • Internal Liaison: Serve as the key bridge between clients and internal departments like sales, supply chain, and finance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help identify workflow improvements and support smoother operational processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or account management
  • Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with regional clients and suppliers
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint—you should be comfortable with data handling and professional presentations
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable with strong communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines
