Job Summary

The Executive - Operations (Emergency Pandemic Stockpile Logistics)(GRIT) is responsible for developing and execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the Warehouse. He/she monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels; making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse.

Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)


• Contribute to recurring revenue streams. Ensure the billing for the activities during pandemic operation is well documented and to bill customer promptly

  • Schedule and monitor the participation in value-based culture activities and to drive fulfilment of business requirement in timely manner
  • Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes
  • Suggest solutions to problems faced by immediate reports; so as to engage senior management for buy-in on the implementation
  • Participate in WSH activities and documentation in support of the system management
  • Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business
  • Manage customer accounts based on the workflow established with stakeholders
  • Execute and monitor the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage. Ensure the pandemic operational plan is integrated into the warehouse workflow and be able to put in practice upon activated
Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office/Power Platform applications

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
  • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
