Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations to optimize utilization and outcomes, including scheduling, demand forecasting, and onboarding of doctors.
  • Manage contractual reviews, fee payments, transport claims, and maintain accurate records of doctors' professional documents
  • Prepare operational reports, data analytics, and support audits and claim submissions.
  • Review workflows, propose process improvements, and develop related policies, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up.
  • Handle feedback and complaints relating to services.
  • Supervise Admin Assistants to ensure proper coverage, quality responses, and provide support during manpower shortages.
  • Oversee lab orders, internal referrals, and assessment processes.
  • Manage clinical service projects, including proposal development, workflow planning, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, budgeting, licensing, contracts, and grant applications.
  • Plan and facilitate Medical Advisor engagements, multidisciplinary reviews, and audits.
  • Organize monthly Continuing Professional Education (CPE) events, including speaker coordination, publicity, logistics, and feedback collation.
  • Provide secretariat and research support for care pathway development, conferences, and related events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in operations, project management or healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  • Analytical skills with an understanding of financial management, data analysis, workflow design and operational process engineering, service development and project management.
  • Effective communication and business writing skills.
