Responsibilities:
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management, compliance with store procedures, team coordination, and customer service standards.
  • Assist in preparations for new store openings, including site setup, stock deliveries, and staffing logistics.
  • Monitor KPIs for the retail team to assess performance and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
  • Act as a liaison for administrative tasks within retail operations to ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and store layout plans with the operations team.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of online orders, ensuring collaboration with warehouse and fulfillment partners for efficient pick, pack, and ship processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and manage customer inquiries related to returns and refunds.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and coordinate with landlords for store-related promotions.
  • Manage stock movement among the warehouse, stores, and e-commerce channels while ensuring accurate inventory checks in POS and inventory systems.
  • Generate regular operational reports on sales, inventory, fulfillment, and other key performance indicators for informed decision-making.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in workflows, tools, and vendor relationships, and assist in the implementation of new systems as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated experience across retail, marketing, and e-commerce channels, with an emphasis on operational and promotional alignment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inventory or POS systems (such as Shopify) is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination capabilities to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to tasks.
