Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Budget Management

  • To oversee the sales data consolidation for business reporting and analysis
  • Oversee the cost management thru regular communication and coordination with SEA/HKMO team and Finance. Ensure that we instill a cost awareness culture through dynamic management amongst stakeholders.
  • Involved in budgeting process, sales & cost targets planning with Area Manager & Sales Director
  • Design and develop data visualization of dashboards and reports for management and various departments using key metrics to facilitate business decision making

Data Analytics Management & Strategy Implementation

  • Acts as project manager for key retail operation initiatives via digital tools and collaborates with the team in ensuring rollout effectiveness.
  • Runs analysis to monitor the results from the implementation of new initiatives and provide recommendations to improve its effectiveness and efficiency
  • Oversees the development and implementation of IPOS for boutiques in Macau & Salesforce for new doors. Ensure effective and clear communication and coordination between Office, Stores & PCIS team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
  • Min 1-2years experience in retail management, reporting and regional coordination
  • Strong analytical skills in developing dashboards - Tableau / PowerBI / Excel
  • Possess strong communication skills in managing different stakeholders
