Hours: 11:00am - 8:00pm (1-hour break included)

Hadasity is a Singapore-based fashion and art brand known for timeless all-white apparel and handcrafted statement jewelry. Our Studio Store at Tanglin Mall is more than just retail—it is a space where creativity, style, and community meet. As part of a small team, you’ll work closely with the Founder and play an important role in bringing the Hadasity experience to life for our customers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales & Operations Store Assistant to join our team. This role is a balance of customer-facing service and behind-the-scenes operations. You will be the face of Hadasity for customers in-store, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales
- Assist customers in finding their perfect fits and styling combinations
- Provide personalized recommendations and share product knowledge
- Build long-term relationships with clients through warm and thoughtful service
- Store Operations & Presentation
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and presentable store environment
- Steam clothing and prepare displays to brand standards
- Pack and process online and in-store orders
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels
- Ensure efficient organization of backroom and stock areas
- Events & Brand Experience
- Support in-store events, styling sessions, and private previews
- Contribute ideas to elevate customer experiences in line with Hadasity’s ethos
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the Founder and small team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to help the brand grow
**Requirements**:
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail experience is a plus)
- Passion for fashion, style, and building authentic customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Willingness to support flexible weekend schedules (alternating Saturday/Sunday)

**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)
**Experience**:
- Luxury retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
