**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring that they meet their sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and profitability, while also monitoring expenses and minimizing costs
- Create and execute merchandising plans that attract customers, showcase our products, and increase sales
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust the store's inventory and pricing strategies
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong customer service culture
- Ensure that the store meets all safety, security, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, and complying with all laws and regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners, negotiating contracts and managing product deliveries
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure the store's success and meet company-wide objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, including experience in managing staff, inventory, and sales performance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building a positive and collaborative work environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and make sound business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff members, and business partners
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, including customer behavior, product trends, and competitive landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
