Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert pre- and post-sales technical support, resolving complex product and application issues.
  • Develop critical technical content (application notes, design guides) to enable customer success.
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering to align technical strategy with customer needs and business goals.
  • Champion the customer's voice by gathering and relaying key technical feedback to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, applications engineering, or inside
  • sales role within the semiconductor industry (power electronics experience is a plus).
  • Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
