- Position : Sales Engineer (IC Semiconductor) – Up to $5,500 – Bukit Merah
- Location : Bukit Merah
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Manufacturer of Electronic Power Supplies & Converters
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert pre- and post-sales technical support, resolving complex product and application issues.
- Develop critical technical content (application notes, design guides) to enable customer success.
- Partner with Sales and Engineering to align technical strategy with customer needs and business goals.
- Champion the customer's voice by gathering and relaying key technical feedback to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, applications engineering, or inside
- sales role within the semiconductor industry (power electronics experience is a plus).
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
