Job Title: IT Operations Administrator (Contract)

Overview

We are looking for an IT Operations Administrator to provide administration support to the IT Operations Team deployed at the customer site. This is an on-site contract role offering a salary of $3,500/month, and is open to Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

  1. Submit service request tickets in ITSM as requested by support teams or clients, and track to ensure completion within the defined turnaround time.
  2. Assist in tracking clean laptop counts to support IT operations.
  3. Schedule appointments for various IT-related activities.
  4. Maintain and keep track of asset inventory in the storeroom.
  5. Perform any other ad-hoc duties related to administration support as required.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Basic technical knowledge in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools will be an advantage.
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens.
