International bicycle company established in Singapore since 1997 and we are looking for talented hands-on people to join our team.

In your role you will:

· Greet customers and provide friendly customer service

· Ask questions to determine the type of bike a customer needs

· Answer questions regarding available inventory

· Inventory control

· Learn details of all merchandise

· Research new bike technology to better handle customer requests

· Perform general store maintenance, cleaning and administrative duties

· Arrange 'test drives' for customers before they buy

· Help customers with new bike, gear sales and service.

· Building relationships to ensure future business

· Handle online sales requirements

· Hosting and planning riding events

· Ad-Hoc tasks assign by supervisor or manager

Skills and Qualifications

· At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred

· Excellent people and communication skills

· O-Level and above

· Passion about new bike technology is preferred but not necessary

· Team player, Positive thinking and "Can Do" attitude

· This is a full-time position; 44 hours, 5.5 days per week including weekends and Public Holidays.
