Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend additional products or accessories that complement customers' purchases.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.

  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise if required.
