Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service across both our online and conventional store channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

- Analyze sales data and market trends, opportunities to increase sales and areas for improvement

  • Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store and online channels, ensuring efficient systems and process, and seamless

- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service

- Ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels

  • Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports

  • Financial oversight:

  • Develop and manage the store's budget to ensure operating costs remain within limits.

  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and utilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales and operations

  • Strong understanding and experience of sales and operations management

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is a plus
