Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and other related documents.
- Review and process customer purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, production, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
- Assist in preparing shipping or delivery documents and liaise with logistics partners when required.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide updates on orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain proper records of sales transactions, quotations, and order status.
- Support invoicing and payment follow-up with the finance team.
- Prepare regular reports such as sales tracking, customer feedback, and performance summaries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and coordination of meetings or schedules.
- Provide general support to the sales team and management as required.
Job Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
