Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of air conditioning installation technicians.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient installation schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Complete tasks on time and ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out.
  • Ensure prompt response to emergency installation requests.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.
  • Supervisor, train and ensure quality work delivery by the installers
  • Perform any other duty that may be directed by management

Requirements:

  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.
  • Experience in air-conditioning repair & maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge/experience in HVAC or ACMV systems for residential or commercial sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • No experience is also welcome to join as apprentice.
