About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircon Installer to join our team at Commercestar engineering pte ltd in the North Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial clients. As an integral part of our Trades & Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our clients' air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Install new air conditioning units and systems according to technical specifications and client requirements for residential houses
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing on existing air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults or problems with air conditioning units
  • Provide advice and recommendations to clients on air conditioning system upgrades and improvements
  • Liaise with clients to schedule installation, maintenance and repair work
  • Comply with all health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

What we're looking for

  • Relevant trade qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning installer or technician
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, components and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Good customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work outside of standard business hours when required
  • Driving license
