Job Descriptions for Shift Facilities Technicians / Aircon / M&E
- To perform preventive and corrective maintenance works. Work with a team of technicians and supervisors for smooth work operations in facilities maintenance (M&E /ACMV/ Building Maintenance). For a ministry premises .
- To perform maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
- Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon ACMV or Building.
- To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, ACMV and plumbing systems.
- Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
- Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / NTC / Vocational Institute / Diploma and above in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services / Facilities maintenance / Aircon/ Property and Real Estate or relevance.
- Minimum 3 years of Singapore relevant working experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.
- Experience or Familiar with BMS / ACMV systems ( HVAC, chillers , AHUs, FCUs , general building etc)
- Good understanding of control systems and building maintenance.
- Good technical knowledge in building maintenance, M&E systems ( Electrical / ACMV).
- Good team player and effective communication skills.
Shift Technicians - 12 Hours shifts
Northern Central Location
Have OT , Good Pay , Bonus
If applying for BMS technician - 5.5 work days week. No Shift. Singaporean only.
- To perform servicing and troubleshooting of BMS ( Building Management System) in the building.
- Monitor and manage BMS for HVAC , Lighting , power system performance.
- Assist in a team to configure and program BMS to control building systems.
- Diagnose and resolve the issues in BMS systems/ equipment .
- Assist Engineers / Managers in maintenance and repair / installation of BMS systems / equipment.
- Taking or capturing readings from BMS system for Facility Maintenance operations and Using of BMS for controlling the respective systems. Update clients regarding system usage and maintenance.
