Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the HR team in administrative tasks, data management, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. This temporary role (3 – 6 months) is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
Job Scope
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management
- Support the team in ad hoc HR projects and tasks
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR systems
- Guide stakeholders on the new HR systems
- Assist stakeholders with any queries related to HR systems
- Assist in recruitment related matters such as post job advertisement, facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
- Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Min O/ A level, Undergraduate or Graduated /Diploma/Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately
