Job Description:
Assist in CCTV Division
- Typing and sending quotations to clients
- Coordinating with the clients for the project's schedule
- Responding to complaints and feedback to superior
- Assist to follow up outstanding payments with clients
- Assist in simple drawing using powerpoint slides
- Ensure invoice is billed after every job completion
- Purchasing all projects' related materials and items
- Assist in BCA upgarding and renewal
- Answering calls from client (office & mobile)
- Assist other departments in paperwork, if require
Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E 'O' level or higher
- Minmum 3 years support in Administrative work experience
- Well-versed in English spoken and written
- Ability to work in team and can be independent too
- Good computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of powerpoint is an added advantage
- Ability to handle work stress well and can be multi task player
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
