A growing US technology firm is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in Singapore to support the APAC and EMEA region.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Counsel and as a key member of our global team, you'll provide critical support to their Commercial, Finance, and Accounting teams, ensuring seamless contract execution and driving business growth for the APAC and EMEA regions. You will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, and also be working on data privacy work. You will be providing training to employees on contract-related matters and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law, with proven experience of at least 5 to 6 years in the technology industry. You are someone who is highly adaptable and able to work in a fluid and fast-moving environment. Mandarin speaking will be preferable. You also have to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment globally and be proficient in contract management software or tools. Data privacy experience will be a plus.
