Position Summary:
The Operations Executive / Manager is responsible for daily site operations, staff training, client communication, and compliance with SOPs. This role ensures smooth service delivery and supports the Principal Manager in maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervisors and clients to maintain exceptional service quality across all operations.
- Oversee compliance with safety measures for cleaning teams across all locations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations for process optimization.
- Organize, collate, and submit operational and related documentation to meet compliance guidelines and deadlines.
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment to fulfill contractual requirements.
- Guide and inspect daily cleaning tasks to ensure adherence to client expectations and SOPs.
- Initiate purchase requisitions within authorized thresholds and guarantee follow-through on contractual payment obligations.
- Review and submit daily cleaning reports to management.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new staff based on training blueprint standards.
- Address client feedback/complaints promptly and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain adequate supplies of materials and equipment.
- Maintain records of toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and WSH documentation.
- Support workplace safety and health requirements and submit monthly reports as required.
- Ensure that budget guidelines set are followed and deviation to these should be communicated with explanations.
- Uphold company core values and culture across all job sites.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably in Integrated Facility Management.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in operations or a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
