Are you detail-oriented, risk-aware, and passionate about delivering seamless operational support in a fast-paced financial environment? We're looking for an experienced Equity Cash Client Processing Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting post-trade execution and settlement across Asia.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional and global teams, contribute to process improvements, and ensure high standards of compliance and client service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide end-to-end support for post-trade execution and settlement processes across multiple markets.
  • Monitor and maintain effective risk controls over client trading activities.
  • Review internal risk and exception reports to ensure operational integrity.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments across regions and time zones.
  • Ensure all business processing aligns with firm policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process or system enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Offer backup support to other functional teams within Singapore Asia Branch Operations.

What You Bring:

  • A university degree with 3-5 years of experience in an operations role.
  • Background in a global investment bank, with equity product knowledge and client service experience preferred.
  • Experience working with sales, traders, and clients in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong personal integrity and commitment to excellence.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong awareness of operational risk.
