We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Intern to join our Program Marketing and Administration team. This internship offers valuable, hands-on experience in supporting marketing campaigns, event preparation, and administrative operations for education programs. Ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the drafting and scheduling of social media posts, email newsletters, and other promotional content for education programs.
  • Support the management of participant registrations by tracking sign-ups, preparing attendee lists, and sending reminders or follow-up communications.
  • Help update program documentation, organize files, and prepare logistics checklists.
  • Assist team members in booking venues, handling basic logistics (such as catering orders and materials), and communicating with vendors.
  • Prepare materials for and help conduct information sessions or webinars, including creating presentation slides, sending invitations, managing technical setup, and assisting with chat moderation or Q&A.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and learn about program coordination workflows.
  • Help monitor office inventory and maintain administrative records.
  • Carry out general office support tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or similar field.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Comfortable assisting in and supporting online or in-person information sessions/webinars.
  • Able to work collaboratively and follow directions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous volunteer, part-time work, or coursework in marketing, events, or administration is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
