About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Chicken Hotpot (S) Pte Ltd' in the Paya Lebar Singpost. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences
  2. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency
  4. Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
  5. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulation
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  5. Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, industry regulations, and health and safety standards
  6. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant restaurant technologies
  7. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
