We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rasa Istimewa Restaurant @ Safra Jurong Pte. Ltd. in the Boon Lay West Region. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, coordinating service, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of menu changes, promotions, and other initiatives to drive business growth
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed to support restaurant operations
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Provide training and mentorship to restaurant staff to improve service and performance
  • Liaise with the management team to provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant supervisor or management role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and POS system
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
