1. SOP Development (Sales & Enrolment Related)

  • Develop, upgrade, and refine sales-related SOPs to meet the evolving operational needs of centres.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Mind Space SOPs from the HQ level.
  • Ensure SOPs are practical, effective, and aligned with centre operations needs.
  • Act as a guardian of Sales Policies, Compliance, and Promotions related to MindChamps MindSpace, MC MECS, PSLE & MR Enrichment.

2. Communication & Information Management

  • Serve as the main liaison between HQ and centre managers, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint folders related to Sales & Enrolment matters.

3. Enrolment & Sales Reporting

  • Extract and consolidate enrolment data from all centres for HQ's weekly sales reports.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure savings and promotions are accurately reflected in the system.

4. Centre Support & Advisory

  • Advise centres on enrolment processes, operational matters, and ongoing promotions.
  • Guide centre leaders in meeting sales targets and driving enrolment growth.

5. Parent Engagement & Retention

  • Contact parents who provide "poor" feedback in the weekly pulse surveys to gather insights and address concerns.
  • Support centre managers and business leaders in parent conflict resolution at the HQ level.
  • Train and guide centre leaders in developing and executing retention strategies.

6. Onboarding of New Leaders

  • Provide onboarding, training, and guidance to new Business Leaders (BLs) and Centre Managers (CMs) on sales, admissions, and engagement.
  • Maintain and update shared system folders to support centre enrolment & sales.

7. Sales & Business Strategy / Execution

  • Propose and design engaging & exciting enrolment campaigns and promotions from the HQ level.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for business and sales proposals. (AP)
  • Lead and inspire centre leaders to actively participate in HQ-initiated campaigns.
  • Conduct random checks to ensure effective execution of events and campaigns at the centre level.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales conversion and parent engagement.
  • Strong IT proficiency, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the education industry, sales, and operations is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reflect and adapt.
  • Willingness to travel for sales events or centre audits.
  • Proactive, positive, and versatile in driving new initiatives and developments.
