Job Summary

  • Working Days & Hours; Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Transport Allowance: $600
  • Class 3 license is required

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company accounts/customers under assigned portfolio.
  • Canvass and acquire new local customers.
  • Sell and market products to overseas customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for local and overseas clients.
  • Oversee and execute sales administrative support (including backorder updates to all customers).
  • Monitor order status and provide timely updates.
  • Arrange and file documents (e.g., quotations, CN, SO confirmation, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial processes, and industry standards.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
