Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of group bookings, client communications, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Reservations, Front Office, F&B) to ensure seamless execution of group events and bookings.
  • Monitor and update sales databases, CRM systems, and reports.
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the sales team in organizing site inspections, client meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures in all documentation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and performance tracking.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Must be a Singaporean/PR
  • Commit for at at least 6 months
